  • Made from 100% Dolcetto grapes
  • Refined in stainless steel tanks in the estate cellars for one year
  • Colour : intense ruby red
  • Aroma : typical with pleasant violet hints
  • Flavour : dry with slight almond finish
  • Excellent accompaniment to all kinds of first and second courses.

    A limited selection of grappa is produced from the marc.

BARBERA MONFERRATO D.O.C. “I CHEINI”

  • Produced from 100% Barbera grapes
  • Refined in traditional 20-hectolitre oak barrels in the estate cellars for one year
  • Colour : deep ruby red with violet shades
  • Aroma : pleasantly vinous, intense with a delicate spicy base
  • Flavour : sapid, full and harmonious

Ideally enjoyed with game, braised meat and mature cheese.

BARBERA MONFERRATO D.O.C. “LA SBARAZZINA”

  • Produced from 90% Barbera grapes and 10% Freisa grapes.
  • Refined in stainless steel tanks in the estate cellars for six months
  • Colour : red with garnet shades
  • Aroma : intense, fruity with fine herbs finish
  • Flavour : smooth and medium-dry

It works perfectly with cured meats and boiled meat dishes.

MONFERRATO BIANCO D.O.C. “IL BARIGI”

  • Made from Favorita and Cortese grapes
  • Refined in stainless steel tanks in the estate cellars for six months
  • Colour : deep straw yellow
  • Aroma : delicate, slightly aromatic with scented herbs notes
  • Flavour : dry, fruity with sapid finish
